2. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT DETAILS & PRICING

Specifications & Imagery: We strive for absolute precision in displaying blade materials, handle finishes, dimensions, and product descriptions. However, slight cosmetic variations (e.g., anodization shades, carbon fiber patterns) may occur naturally in high-grade production tools and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Price Adjustments: All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to alter pricing, modify product specs, or discontinue items without prior notice.

Order Rejection & Errors: In the event an item is listed with an erroneous price or incorrect technical detail, we reserve the right to void or cancel any orders placed for that item, regardless of order status.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING & ACCEPTANCE

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERIES & CUSTOMS

  • Logistics Partners: Orders are fulfilled and dispatched using recognized global carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and EMS.
  • Transfer of Ownership: Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to you once the package is transferred to the designated logistics provider.
  • Carrier Delays & Customs Clearance: We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. For international orders, buyers are solely responsible for all applicable import tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance procedures. We accept no liability for items confiscated by law enforcement or customs agencies due to local knife importation laws.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION & AFTER-SALES / RETURNS

  • Free Cancellation: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. If you placed an order accidentally or by mistake, please contact our support team immediately at liz@maxaceknife.com before dispatch to request a free cancellation.
  • Returns & Product Issues: Due to strict import control and regulatory restrictions on edged instruments enforced by Customs, unauthorized return shipments cannot be processed directly. If you encounter any problems, damages, or discrepancies upon receiving your package, please contact our customer support team first. We will assist you with an appropriate after-sales solution or resolution.
