We understand that a great idea isn’t always a manufacturable file. Many factories simply execute; we collaborate. Our team excels at translating your vision into industrial-grade products. We offer structural optimization to adjust designs for manufacturability without compromising aesthetics, as well as technical drafting assistance with CAD and CNC logic. We have walked the path from doodles to finished products, and we act as the bridge between designers and industrial manufacturing. If you need assistance, our expertise can help bring your vision to life. Fees for drafting and manufacturing support will be assessed based on the completeness of your provided designs.
02.MATERIALS & QUALITY CONTROL

We know trust is earned. Unlike typical trading companies, MAXACE operates as a studio brand with rigorous standards. We guarantee traceability and performance. All materials are sourced from Europe, Japan, and the USA, with full purchase records and customs documentation available for verification. We provide photos of wire-cut raw material plates to prove material authenticity.
Our heat treatment process utilizes vacuum heat treatment and cryogenic processing to ensure optimal performance. We work with original manufacturers such as Austria’s Böhler and Sweden’s ASSAB for specific materials, with transaction records provided as proof. Before assembly, we conduct scientific testing rarely offered by others, including Rockwell hardness tests, salt spray tests, metallographic analysis, and material composition analysis. Any issues detected are our responsibility.
Beyond standard checks, we perform high-standard tests to ensure every product meets expectations. This includes cutting tests to verify edge angles and performance, locking stability tests for safety, and destructive tests to identify potential issues under extreme conditions.
03.AFTER-SALES & ARCHIVING

Knives are not disposable items. We treat your project with long-term respect. If any undetected issues arise after delivery, MAXACE offers full technical support and after-sales service. We take full responsibility for resolving problems to ensure satisfaction for you and your clients.
To protect your commercial reputation, we archive your designs and molds for over ten years. Even for a one-time collaboration, this enables us to swiftly produce replacement parts or templates years down the line, ensuring your brand is always supported.
04.ORDER PROCESS
Simple & Professional.
We invest extra time in internal and third-party inspections to ensure products meet expectations. The wait may be longer, but the result is worth it. Our typical minimum order quantity ranges from 200 to 500 units, depending on the project complexity. Payment terms require a 30% to 50% deposit, with the balance paid upon completion before shipment. Delivery usually takes 90 to 120 days.
